The Challenge
Facilities of this scale depend on consistent, reliable lighting across expansive interior spaces to support safe operations around the clock. The existing fixtures presented a mix of uneven coverage and higher energy draw — common issues with older, non-optimized industrial lighting. The retrofit needed to be executed without interrupting the facility’s ongoing operational schedule.
Our Approach
Our team began with a full facility lighting assessment, mapping existing fixture locations, wattages, and coverage gaps to plan a fixture-by-fixture retrofit tailored to the building’s layout and ceiling height. High-bay LED fixtures were selected specifically for their performance in large, high-ceiling industrial environments, offering stronger light output with significantly reduced energy consumption compared to the original fixtures.
Installation was carried out in phases across the facility to avoid disrupting active operations, with our electricians working around scheduled downtimes and low-traffic periods wherever possible. Each new fixture was mounted, wired into the existing circuits, and tested individually before final commissioning, with a full walkthrough conducted afterward to confirm consistent coverage and eliminate any remaining dark zones.
Throughout the project, our team maintained close coordination with facility management to schedule work around operational priorities, ensuring the retrofit stayed on timeline without creating safety or workflow conflicts on an active site.
The Result
A fully upgraded LED lighting system delivering brighter, more consistent coverage across the facility, along with measurable reductions in energy consumption — completed on schedule and without disrupting the client’s day-to-day operations.
