The Challenge
Parking lots and yard areas at high-traffic fulfillment centers require clear, durable safety infrastructure to protect pedestrians, direct vehicle flow, and mark restricted or hazardous zones. Beyond installing the physical barriers and signage, the LED indicator systems tied to this infrastructure needed to be properly wired and energized to function as intended — requiring both construction and electrical trades to work in coordination.
Our Approach
Our team installed bollards at key traffic and pedestrian-separation points across the site, along with directional and safety signage and barricades positioned to guide vehicle flow and mark restricted areas. Once the physical infrastructure was in place, our electricians completed the wiring and energizing of the associated LED indicator lighting, ensuring each unit was properly connected, tested, and functioning correctly before final sign-off.
By handling both the installation of physical safety infrastructure and the electrical energizing of its LED components within one team, we avoided the coordination delays that can occur when these tasks are split across separate contractors.
The Result
A fully installed and energized parking lot safety system — bollards, signage, and barricades in place, with LED indicators operational — improving site safety and traffic management across the facility’s parking and yard areas.
